Not to be confused with a discussion or a greek amphitheatre, it was the place to party in the early and mid nineties. If you were "someone" you would be found at Forum. Later, you wouldn't want to be caught dead at Forum... then it closed for business.
Example:
Person A: A donde van a ir despues del Prom.
Person B: Pues al Forum, a donde mas!
