OK but overrated!
Yeah, I have to agree with the people on this one...Whenever I say I want some Chinese, YUM YUM doesn't really come to mind...the thing that I didn't like is that the food is really greasy...the prices are reasonable...and they do give you plenty of food...but deffinately not the best in Calexico...
And what's the deal with them not having Orange Chicken!

SIMPLY OVERRATED!
THERE NO BETTER CHINESE FOOD THAN MEXICALI'S. YUM YUM IS OVERRATED BUT PROBABLY ONE OF THE BEST CHINESE FOOD RESTAURANTS IN CALEXICO.

Avoid Yum Yum
As said before, there was once a golden time in Calexico where Yum Yum ruled supreme above the other options. However, times change and now Yum Yum simply sucks. The food's horrible, cold and tasteless, and when it does have flavour, it's not the flavour it's supposed to be. The only reason to go to Yum Yum is perhaps for their soups.

Best local Chinese food.
I don't eat very much Chinese food, so from the little I've had locally I feel comfortable saying that Yum Yum Chinese Food is the best in Calexico. It may not be the same as before when the owners used to actually cook the food, but it still ranks above the rest.
When I eat here, I go for the one of the lunch combination deals. I usually would order Spicy Mongolian Beef, but never have here at Yum Yum. I'm not sure if it's even available on the menu. The food is very good and flavorful.
Service is the best. I usually notice some of the owners in the restaurant and the staff is kind. Other restaurants, especially Chinese ones, could learn a lesson or two in customer service, regardless of whether it's because the owner is a public figure in Calexico or not.

Yum Yum Going Down Hill
The once great Yum Yum Food, is no longer what it used to be.
The last time I ate there, I got one of their combo meals, and it was an ok price, but the food wasn't very good.
The location, scenery, and service are very good, but their standards for the food have gone down considerably.
In short, the food tastes like its microwaved.

Most overrated place.
I hate yum yums. The food sucks and I hate eating there. I used to eat there when there were no other choices for chinese in Calexico. There are better places in town.
