Excellent Chicken
Some of the best chicken you can get your hands on. Once they see you and recognize you more often the plates get bigger. Their macaroni salad as a side is a little bland and oily, but the potato salad is really good. They also have messy, sloppy chili dogs that they fix up anyway you like them. The dining room is small and cramped, but some of the best food comes from the small hole in the wall.

mata el hambre
La comida mate el hambre and it's very popular amongst the businesses nearby. It's not the best, but it's an option in downtown Calexico.
