F the gym. I'm more of a working out at home kinda guy. "I'm getting huge, Jerry."

All I use is a simple bench, and some dumbells. I don't even have a bench press bar. With the dumbells I do 8 different exercises. I also do about 400+ sit-ups. I add more every week. I was up to 750 sit-ups before I stopped. My routine lasted about 1 hour and 20 minutes. It takes 6 weeks to see solid results.

And stop eating fast food.

You are doing about 300+ too many reps.
If you focus on your abs so much you need to focus just as much on your lower back. It's all diet, not reps.

I had both going. But yeah, I had start cutting back my reps. I had hit my goal.

by the way you talked about it it didnt seem like you'd join a gym. thats what its all about, just starting to do something, anything really...think smaller in the begenning... maybe some running? some push ups? some sit ups? the first step is always getting into a routine, even if its only 30 minutes a day..or 15! as long as its something that you stick to

Well I'm starting off with getting up from the couch during the commercials and grabbing myself a snack from the fridge.

In the next phase I'll actually get up to go to the bathroom instead of just relieving myself in comfort.
