What is up with people who add a sport exhaust to their car and now think they can haul ass through any street they desire?
This morning I'm driving to work and I see what looks like a Dodge Neon tailgating me waiting for the opportunity to pass. I'm already driving way over the speed limit, but this person is yearning for more speed.
Finally, she goes for the pass. It is a Dodge Neon with a huuuge ass muffler, but everything else looks stock from the outside. She continues to pass every other car in front of me all while cutting them off even though there aren't any cars coming in the opposite direction. No turn signal either.
I'm now thinking... WTF? Is this car really suped up or is the poor thing nearing meltdown? Maybe our resident racing expert, alpha, can answer the question? |

i will answer that question. i hate those motherfuckers who think that just cuz they have a fucking tip on the muffler and it makes noise they thik that they are bad ass, reality check to all mofo's that drive around in your car with a tip, because the car makes more nise does not mean it runs any faster. to even make a difference in mufflers you have to get a catback with bigger pipeing. elchrist you could probably take that car running but i hate the fuckers too. i mean if you are a true street racer the last thing you want is to get pull over for some stupid shit like that and they will make you take all the mods off and then you cant race the next week. |

Today I'm running late to work and I take off from the Imperial Ave./Highway 98 intersection at a blazing speed. I need to get to work on time.
In my rear view mirror I see a multi-colored Mercury Cougar with a huge wing attempting to catch up to me. I shift into 5th gear and I'm off. I hit 120 with out a problem and could've gone for more, but I see the next intersection turn yellow off in the distance.
Finally this vehicle catches up. We're side by side. I'm still running late. I punch it.
