| Has anyone seen the trimming job they did on the bushes that border stark field and 4th st.? Which lob sided fucker did they hire to do that lame job. |

I think that symbolizes the lob sidedness of the Imperial County's and/or city goverment's bidding processes for projects or tasks that require outside resources.
