| Don't know if you guys (and gals) remember me posting about how fucked up the BCS system was, and this weekend the unthinkable happened. Even though USC was ranked # 1 in both the coaches and the AP polls, they were ranked #3 in the BCS, and therefore will not play for the national championship. This really pissed me off, cause a computer was the one who decided that USC will not be playing in the big game January the 4th, instead they will play vs Michigan in the Rose Bowl January 1st. |

| This is exactly why I don't enjoy college football. |

Any fucking idiots saying that the BCS computers were hacked, thus this outcome occurred? Or what about that they were probably running Microsoft Windows?
What's the reason behind the obvious error in ranking? |

SC did get punked, but I'm not getting all bent over shape about it.
I'm actually quite amazed at how people follow college teams.
"No, they are my favorite."
"I've been a Duke fan since..."
"Notre Dame...."
Look, SC lost to Cal so it's there bad. Anyway, they're going to finish with Co-Nat'l Champs. They win so they stay #1. BCS title game winners shares the title with SC. |

That is true, if they do beat Michigan they will have a share of the National Championship, but you gotta look at the fact that going to the Sugar Bowl is more prestigious, and don't forget about the extra millions that the winner of the Sugar Bowl takes home rather than the winner of the Rose Bowl. |
