I haven't had Corona in a very long time, but the fact is that the same company which brews Corona also brews Modelo, Negra Modelo, Pacifico and a few others.

I think in Mexico there are two Companies that own beer breweries. The other one is that Cerveceria Cuahtemoc, S.A. de C.V. These act as umbrella corporations and doesn't neccesarily mean that they are all made the same way.
The only reason I'm replying is because Pacifico is one of my favorite Mexican beers and I don't want it's image tarnished just because it is affiliated with Corona (or Piss Warm Chango as we call it en mi rancho).

Yeah, I don't know about this one. I remember verbal telling me once that this was one of his favorite beers. But, only in the caguama form.
I admit the clear bottle form sucks, but the caguama one tastes a little bit better. It's not great, but at least it's better than tecate. |

Fuck ya man! Maybe everybody is talking about the tecate in cans they sell at vons But a nice almost frozen tecate caguma wrapped in newspaper shit you can't fucking beat that |

When people talk about Mexican beer, the mean Mexican beer. Not imported Mexican beer. 
Even though, I like the imported Tecate that comes in cans. It tastes a lot crisper because the water is clean, but it still doesn't beat it out as a caguama. |
