We all know that most local businesses are in desperate need of customer service training, but you can deal with it because you know they don't know any better.

But what happens when you're dealing with large corporations who you expect to train their employees in the best possible methods of customer satisfaction? This shouldn't even be a concern, but in SBC's case it is.

Last week I ordered a new telephone line to be setup at home. A simple procedure for them as they've been doing this for decades, right? Wrong.

Apparently it takes two visits to do the work. First they come and activate the line, then they sneak back into your property and do the job right once you've called in and complained about the non-existence of service.

Sneaky bastard caught.

I think that they were scoping out your place for a future robbery.

Speaking of local lousy customer service. The other day I was at Walmart trying to buy a trash can. I inspected all the different types of trash cans to see which best fit my needs. After deciding which one I wanted, I grabbed it only to find that it was missing the top. I grabbed another one, and that too was missing the top. They were all missing the tops. I spent about 10 minutes looking for tops thrown behind the trash cans hoping to find the right one. I gave up and resorted to finding an associate to help me.

10 minutes later, I still couldn't find an associate. Then suddenly, out of the corner of my eye, I spotted one. He was trying to sneak his way through the crowd undetected. I called for him, and he ignored me. I then decided to walk towards him, but he spotted me and began to walk off even faster, so I picked up my pace. I followed him for a couple of aisles, like a lion hunts his prey, and he kept escaping from me. However, I was too quick for him. As he darted through the sporting goods section, I picked up and threw a nerf ball at him and knocked him down. I then grabbed a fishing net and trapped him. I was victorious. I then dragged him to where the trash cans were and asked him about the top. He grunted, and I realized that he could not help me. So I left, he had won. *

*Scenario may not have really happened this way

What pisses me off about walmart is that all the workers are pissed when you ask them something. Maybe they are pissed because they have to work at walmart but what did they expect. I mean if it is a job to pay your way through school then your not bitter about it. But what is sad is that these people know the sad fact that, if they are lucky, they will be working at walmart for the rest of their fucking lives. Would you be in a good mood if you knew that every day you had to strap on that silly blue apron?

It most definitely did not happen this way. Lions don't hunt, it's the lioness' that do all the work.

So this means that it wasn't Spic, but his wife that hunted down the employee.
