Do we have to have liked all three movies in the trilogy? Or does it count if we really liked two of the movies, but weren't too excited about the other one?

Sure, why not?

Isn't that the case with all trilogies? One of them always has to suck.

Well if that is the case, I'd have to say that the Godfather series is my favorite trilogy.

I have to agree with watts. The Godfather trilogy (except for the last one) kicked ass!

I actually enjoyed the entire Smokey and the Bandit trilogy, too...including the last one, where the Snowman pretends to be the Bandit.

Sure.

Bandwagon anyone.

You just want to rub it in every one's face that you read the book.

The Evil Dead
Evil Dead 2: Dead by Dawn
Army of Darkness

Why? Two reasons: 1) They are modern classics of American filmmaking, and 2) Sam Raimi and Bruce Campbell are a perfect director/actor combo, right along with John Carpenter and Kurt Russell, and Stuart Gordon and Jeffrey Combs.
