|
|
The coldest caguamas in Mex used to be Super Karina's (AKA Super K's), but since numerous management changes... there's now a new king in town and that's El Caņon (in Centro Civico).
El Caņon is excellent. The caguamas are close to freezing point having frost outside the bottle, but the contents are cold, crisp, delicious and it only gets better...
The clerk is an artist. He'll snuggly wrap up your caguama in today's La Voz with a technique that is not commonly used these days. This technique seems to keep your beer cold for an extended period of time. I was simply amazed.
They provide a variety of snacks as well and this is where I first saw chavelas ready-to-mix months back.
So next time you're in Mex and looking to quench your thirst on one of those hot ass days, make sure you stop by El Caņon. |

| Wow! That is a lot of information. How much do you get paid to do the marketing for them on this board? |

| This is going to show how old I am, but remember when the Oxxo by Forum had the coldest beer. The refrigerators used to have that "Peligro" sign, warning you that the beer was at almost freezing temperature. Then it was Super K's, but I did notice that they aren't as cold as they used to be. Now I don't know. |
