I agree. I DID say that I believe that having the recall process is a good thing.

Once again, I agree. It is because of what you said that I believe that the recall process is a good thing. What I'm saying is where were these people in the last election? If they believed they couldn't run a serious campaign and win in a regular election, then what made them feel they should run this time?

The recall process was started by Darrell Issa, a multi-millionaire Republican who used his own money to start the recall election and start his own campaign for governor, dropping out only after Arnold Schwarzenneger decided to run for governor himself. |

Nope. The sore loser in question is none other than Republican Congressman Darrell Issa (California, 49th District), who was a candidate in the 2002 California gubernatorial election and the initial driving force behind the recall of Gray Davis. Issa spent over $1,000,000 financing signature drives and paying for promotional material so he could make a second run at the California governorship. He failed for a second time. |

Oh. Now that's a sore loser. Talk about having extra cash around.

while it's true that the recall was started by a sore loser, let's not forget that the people had to sign the damn petition. the people still spoke out regardless of who started the petition.*
*fucking sore losers |

I pick 4 (I think that's the size of his family) |
I say roughly 300.
You forgot about his church. |
Well, he got 1458 votes, and only 146 of those were from the Imperial County, so I'm assuming he attended religious conventions outside of the Imperial Valley. |
