This was actually an inside joke, but now that it's been brought up...
Someone told me that the guy who actually wrote the lyrics to the Dukes of Hazard theme song lives in El Centro. He's actually homeless, but he's loaded with cash thanks to the royalties he's been receiving from this hit show.
I saw this man walking by the Foster Freeze in El Centro about a year ago and he has a tatoo on his forehead. Now I'm not 100% convinced that this is true, since someone else is being given the credit for the song, but this is what I was told.
Pretty interesting if it's the troof. |
