I believe it. I've seen the Liberal Studies majors IVC and SDSU are graduating and fear for the future of the local public education system. |

My personal best is when these so called graduates are cleared to teach, but have no communication skills. By that I mean they can't speak a lick of English. Forget subject matter at least learn how to pronounce chair. |
