I like tipping if I had more money I would tip more.

"I tip everybody. That's my philosophy."

Well depend on the service and if the Girl is hot of course im leave a good tip. but most of time if the service is good ill leave 10.00 dollars and if its shitty service ill just leave 1.00 dollar. my bill never goes over 30 bucks since its just me and my wife but ten dollars on average.

If the waitress is hot I'll tip her more only if she gives better service, because i know she is used to getting alot of tips just cause she is hot, so fuck her. Keep her on her game you know.

Usually i double the Tax for the tip cause i don't like to do math.

I also understand if a place is packed, I don't expect quick service, but i also expect the waiter to at least be polite.

Exactly! I hate when a server treats you like it's your fault that they have a shitty job.

I hate it when they're pushy (The same goes for salespeople.) I don't care if they're trying to give me the best possible service, or whatever; Leave me alone! I'll call YOU when I need you.

Why is it that we tip servers, but not the cooks? I know some cooks, and sometimes orders stack up on them, and they still have to have the food ready in a timely manner, and at an enjoyable quality. Having been a fry cook, I know how stressful that can be.

So during your time as a cook, did you feel you were deserving of a tip?

I would honestly prefer to place my own order at a restaurant, have the cook make the food, I get off my chair and get my own food, refill my own drink, and pretty much service myself. I usually end up leaving my table to get something I need anyway. It just feels like the right thing to do. I don't want to bother anyone, just like I don't want anyone bothering me.

Although some people get off on snapping fingers and calling out names at the waiters to boost their own self-esteem. I would hope that these are the ones that get their meals tainted.
