Shit man, JC Penney is definitely the most ridiculous store I've ever tried to return an item to.

I tried returning a pair of Levi's and they wouldn't let me return them because I didn't have the receipt. They gave me some stupid ass explanation that said that I might have bought them at another store for cheaper and was trying to make a profit or something. God damnit, they discovered my evil plan to purchase levi's jeans at Mervyns for 30 cents cheaper and return them at JC Penney until slowly, but surely, I became a millionare. So much for my "Merchandise Return Scheme." I had already recruited over 1000 people over the country to assist me on this job.

They made such a big deal out of it too, they told me that I needed to come back the next day to speak to the manager to see if it was ok. I felt like screaming at the clerk. "It's a fucking pair of Levi's!!!, What's the big deal?!!!" Then again, Levi's is their highest quality clothing. What a shitty store.

Not only does JC Penney have inferior clothing, they also have shitty policies.

While I'm on the subject, you ever noticed people that work at JC Penney are usually ugly as hell? Aren't they supposed to hire semi-attractive to attractive people to make the customers feel more comfortable?

Which JC Penny's was it? Calexico? Or El Centro? I'm just wondering if it's a policy at all JC Penny's, or just one of those two. Just in case I ever decide to buy something at JC Penny's someday.

JCPenny's blows donkey balls.
I totally agree with the ugly people thing, those people are butt ugly. Last time I was there I asked for help and then this guy walks up to me with his bare ass in the air, then I realized it was his face.
I hate the clothes there anyway and the shoes suck.
Did you want a refund or an exchange?
What type of Levis were they? If they are the same as Costco take the tags off and bring them in to me. They are a lot cheaper there though 29.99
Serves you right for shopping at JCPenny's

According to the tard at the front desk, it's a company policy, so it's everywhere.

I was just trying to get an exchange, and they were a gift, that's why I didn't have the receipt.

They are Levis 529's. I don't think they sell them at Costco.
