I was at the supermarket the other day looking at the produce section and came across a fruit with a funny name. This fruit resembled a miniature orange, but more like a berry. It's name a was cumquat.

I made a childish joke about it, but also thought about it's potential as the basis for a topic on Calecia.com.

What other funny food names are out there? I've have another one, but am sure that everyone else has it in mind as well.

There's this Korean juice drink, that's actually pretty good. As far as I know it comes in Mandarin, and grape, and it's got actual pieces of mandarin and grapes in it. It's called "Sac-Sac."

That's two sacs, not one.

I think this was before my time, but I remember hearing once that at am-pm's, they used to sell little balls of chocolate called dingleberries. I swear that this is no joke, a few years ago, the manufactuar of dingleberries came onto David Letterman and he admitted it was true.
