| I wasn thinking the other day and I thought that it would be a good idea to hold a Tamale cook off. I could get a permit and charge people for spaces and throw them a throphy. I think I can make some serious money. What you think? |

| They actually hold a Tamal festival in Indio. It seems to be a big fucking deal. The Food Network was covering it live. It's just sad to see the white people win all the prizes for the best tamales. |
