Have you ever noticed that Mexicans have to be one of the most racist races in history? I mean, these people aren't just racist to other races, but to their own race too.

How many light skinned Mexicans do you know who's nickname is Guerro? Or how many dark skinned Mexicans do you know who's nickname is Negro? My grandma's dog's name was "Blackie."

Or with wonderful mexican sayings like "Soy tu negro?"

I wonder how these things go on a daily basis and nobody seems to have a problem with them.

You know that's a good point. Guerro doesn't sound bad at all, but Negro... well who wants to be called a negro? Its all part of Mexican culture.

Just like the darker Mexicans are only here to serve the light skinned ones. That's part of Mexican culture too.

that's so true. only a mexican would call a chino a chino without knowing if that chino is really a chino or not. they don't even bother to find out if that chino is korean, japanese, or chinese. chinos get no reespect man. i say we all take a day to thank a chino for giving us those 99cent stores, the price center, and yum yum. oh yeah, for some reason it also seems that us mexicans will even go to cemetaries and put flowers only on graves with hispanic names on them. what gives? what if there's a chino somewhere that's half mexican, but has his chino name like yamaguchi or something?

This is a good topic. What I find truely disgusting in our culture is when a mexican child is born it is often critized for it's color. "Ay...Salio moreno/a" and the stupid question that comes after that..."Why, if you're light skinned?" like it is something sad. or when someone wants to marry a white person you here..."para limiar la sangre". But what really bothers me is the Mexican commercials and novelas. The maids are always the mexican people we see around us and the nice looking ones are always rich and the commercials are the same, we don't see any dark mexicans advertising anything...except for those soccer players.
That is what I call racist.

I praise Mexicans for displaying their racism out in the open. At least people know where they really stand, not like this pussy country with their affirmative action. Keep the non-whites guessing. Insult on top of injury.

If there are any kind of racist Mexicans, it is those that are Gallegos.

They are always trying to make the rest of the true and pure Mexicans that were here before them feel inferior.

Blame the light skinned Mexicans, you will not get racism from the true dark skinned Mexicans.
