| Yeah I used to play Changaralai or something like that when I was a kid in Mexicali also. What I remember about this game was this: You break a broom stick into two pieces, one small one about 3 inches long, and a bigger one about 8 inches long. You dig a hole about 2 inches deep ( which is why we had to play in dirt streets), and you put the small stick halfway in the hole, so that the front end is on the air, and you get the big stick and hit the front part of the small stick so it goes straight up in the air, and then swing at it like in baseball and hit it as far as possible. After you hit it, you have to guess how many big sticks away it is (to count how far it is, you roll the big stick from end to end from the spot the small one is at until you get back to the hole. If you guess it's 25 "spaces" or rolls away, and it is actually 32, then you get 7 "bad" points, and the first one to a certain number of pre determined points loses, obviously the person with the least points wins. Sounds pretty complicated but it's actually not. It was a really fun game at that time, not like that nintendo and playstation shit that keeps the kids in the house all day and reduces their social skills. |

I bet that did more damage to your social skills than Nintendo or Playstation ever could. |
