We must make clear...that the wrong for which their...leaders are on trial is...that they started (the war). And we must not allow ourselves to be drawn into a trial of the causes of the war for our position is that no grievances or policies will justify resort to aggressive war. It is utterly renounced and condemned as an instrument of policy.

Is this a quote from the UN regarding American policy in Iraq?

No, it's actually a quote made by U.S. Supreme Court Justice Robert Jackson, U.S. representative to the International Conference on Military Trials, back in Aug. 12, 1945.

The way things are going, Bush's United States will soon be to the 21st Century what Hitler's Germany and Stalin's U.S.S.R. were to the 20th Century.

The Washington Times wrote:
Mr. Bush and his advisers have forgotten that the power of an American president is temporary and relative. The U.S. is supposed to be the world's leader. For the Bush administration to pursue a policy that sets the U.S. government at odds with the world is to invite comparisons with recklessness that we have not seen in international politics since Nikita Khrushchev tried to install nuclear missiles in Cuba. Is Saddam Hussein worth this much grief?

I think Bush is after Reagan's "Goose That Laid The Golden Eggs:" Cold War.

Much of the world already does:

The Washington Times wrote:
The U.S., once a guarantor of peace, is now perceived in the rest of the world as an aggressor. Its victim is a small Muslim nation unable to defend its own air space, much less to project power beyond its borders.

The Washington Times wrote:
The administration's use of forged evidence opens Mr. Bush to unflattering comparisons that his enemies will not hesitate to make. They will point out that it was Adolf Hitler's strategy to fabricate evidence in order to justify his invasion of a helpless country.

Come on, they're talking about George W. Bush here. Do you think he actually received a decent grade in history class? If he did, then he most likely was playing hooky while these topics were being covered.

Have you ever heard G.W. speak live and without a script. He is lost for words. He can not formulate an opinion.

The best thing though has to be his facial expressions. As if he 'really' cares. Some times he looks like he really has to fart, but doesn't know if its going to be a silent but deadly or a loud one.

I wonder if the CIA, FBI, or NSA know about Calecia.com.
