Personally, shaving is one of the things I hate to do in the morning. Not because I like to look dirty or anything, but because no matter what razor, shaving cream, or after-shave I use, I always end up with a nasty case of razor burn.

I've tried the mach-3 blade, shick-extreme, and all those other blades, and none of them work as well as I would like.

With my problem I have learned some nice tricks though, like shaving is always best after a warm shower, and when you get a nasty case of razor burn, one of the best remedies to use is apple-cider vinegar. The only problem is, you end up smelling like apple-cider vinegar.

Any other tips that someone else may have?

I've never really found any shaving tips to be much help for me. I need to shave in all directions, otherwise my face doesn't get a close shave. I've tried most suggestions and while some work better than most, it's still not good enough.

So I've resorted to using products. The best I've used is Anthony Logistics For Men. Although rather expensive for shaving products, I've achieved the closest and most comfortable shave ever. I very much recommend their pre-shave oil.

Do you know how much water you waste by doing this? You might as well be shaving your legs too.

Fortunately for me, I don't have a dependency on shaving products. Any foam, gel, or plain old soap will do the trick.

I have found, though, as already mentioned, that shaving right after a warm or hot shower renders the best results. (Obviously.)

I just recently discovered, quite by accident (I found it at a 99-cent store), Barbasol Gel "Sensitive Skin", and must say that I am very pleased with it. I use it in combination with my Mach-3 Turbo (yes, Turbo!) and it leaves my skin with a nice cool sensation. Highly recommended. Thumbs Up

As gay is this may sound I used my girls shaving cream she uses on her legs. It's pink or orange aand it smells like fruit, but it was very easy to shave with it and left my skin silky smooth and smelling like a fruit tree.
