Monsignor Galindo was the priest at my first Holy Communion. I can't believe he was sent to Calexico after there were already allegations against him.

Another story from Calexico's finest.

Thursday morning right in front of the Hospital there was a 3 car accident. (Multiple car pile-ups). I was driving by and was going to pull the classic, aw fuck them I don't know them and keep driving by, but as I drove by the accident I saw an elderly (65+) lady bleeding profoundly from the nose so I decided to pull over.

As I approached the old lady I asked her if she was fine (like I'm a fucking doctor) and she was in straight denial. "I'm alright and I'm going home...I live a block away." I told her she shouldn't leave, but she took off. She stop as soon as she got to the grass area.

Anyway, the story is when about 4 different cop cars arived, they were more concern with getting the spray can out and 'marking' the tires and their marks. They didn't even control traffic at all. The 3rd car had a lady and two young girls and they didn't even walk over to see if they were ok. Finally, I had to approach one of the officers to let him know that there was an old lady who was bleeding very badly. His response was, "I know". Then he didn't do anything. He just looked around to see if his serg or captain would instruct him what to do.

I told him, she was bleeding BAD and that he needed to be next to her until the ambulance got there. He said, "I know what I'm doing." I told him, well you know CPR and if she passes out no one would know, and it's your ass. Still, he looked around, and finally decided to walk towards the old lady.

Basically, cops in Calexico are worthless pieces of shit. They do not know how to control or take charge of a situation.

I left when I saw the ambulance.

I got another one.

Friday around 11:10 am I arrive at the DMV. Parking right next to me is none other than one of Calexico's Cop Cars. So, I thought nothing of it and walked in. About 15 minutes later two officers (full gear) walk into the DMV. I had been making line for 15 minutes and in that time at least 12 more people got behind me. As soon as one of the DMV personnel saw them they motioned to them so they could come to the front of the line. What the fuck is that all about.

It's not like they were on duty or were they?
They had their radios on.
They drove a Calexico paid cop car all the way to El Centro.
They were in full gear.

While still waiting in line I started getting pissed off so only one thing came into my mind "Calecia.com". I decided to get their names. One of the officers was Ketcham and the other E.Romo.

It seemed that E.Romo came into the DMV to get his drivers liscense. He filled out the application, took his picture, and then took the written part of the DMV test. I wasted about 50 minutes inside the DMV and when I left they were still in there.

So where they on their lunch break?
Why were they using a calexico cop car to run their own errans all the way to E.C.?
Who paid for the gas?
How many other errans do they run on their lunch breaks or on tax payer money?
Did they ask for permission or did they just decide to drive to E.C. instead of 'watching' over Calexico?
Why doesn't E.Romo have his drivers liscense?
Was he renewing it?
Why can't they do this on their own time like the rest of the population?

You should have gotten their names and badge numbers (like at the DMV) and reported them to the Police Chief.

That way, they could have had a good laugh about the incident at the citizens' expense.

Yesterday, I was listening to Jim Rome Radio Show and he said that two cops responded to a suicide call. When they arrive a lady was passed out on the floor. Instead of calling an ambulance or inducing CPR the two cops proceeded to the following. One cop squated over the victim and broke wind in her face. He wanted to know if that may wake up the victim. The other cop trying to top his partner decided to pretend to lick the victims face.

I didn't catch the city, but it could have been Calexico PD.

I don't think it was from Calexico. Cops from here would have disrobed her and stolen her jewelry.

A few months back I witnessed an accident at the intersection of Grant and Paulin(?), and when the Calexico PD arrived, one asked me if I could help with traffic control. I said, "yes" thinking that the cops were going to tend to the people involved in the accident, but instead they broke out their spray cans and painted the tires!?!?!

Vandalism

Mains was vandalized over the spring break. The library, a classroom, and the custodians room were broken into.

Local PD are questioning one kid. I wonder if they are good enough to get all the culprits.

My bet is the kid doesn't break under the 'pressure' and he will be the only one charged.
