Speaking from limited experience with construction and general building systems. The plumbing system being old has nothing to do with how the water tastes or any other hygenic issues you may have. Buildings far older than the buildings in downtown Calexico still have their original plumbing systems intact and working properly. Were there to be a plumbing system problem it would be quickly detected due to water leaks and promptly fixed. |
