I'm not speculating here. These are my experiences.
As I stated, most of the youth of today is fucked. Maybe you're an exception? Who knows?

well it is today youth is fucked up but what do i know i was there once too. but all these teenagers these are just trying to be BLACK and thats a sad thing. because its not cool to be black just ask any black person.  im tired of there dawgs or whats up playa and dont forget about the ever so popular sup gansta. but they will learn someday and look back and say damn i talk like a dumbasses. and we need a spell chEck on this forum.

| i forgot to mentioned when i was growing up the youth did not pretend they were black they used to pretend they were narcos and saying there BS like que onda compita or reffering as shinolas or koritas knowing damn good and well that the only place in mexico they know is mexicali and tijuana. youth that was easily influenced by those narco-corridos. it was funny to me. |

I don't buy your Fast and the Furious take. Shit I have seen rice rockets since the early 90's. If you traveled to SD they were every were. Actually in this case the media was late in picking up the honda big muffler craze.
I also don't buy that if education was portrayed as cool kids would buy into it. Kids want to rebel. Kids want to grow no wanting to be anything like their parents, teachers, or any one else. They just want to scratch their ass, eat, and sleep.
Though, I do agree that kids today are media driven. I call them walking billboards. Even kids who rebel against the 'in crowd' or the popular kids are still media driven. They ON purpose MUST like other bands like punk, or avril just so they won't be labeled as trendy. They go out of their way to look nothing like the popular kids. |
