I like the $1.99 price from 2003 the best. |
If I remember correctly, when I was still in Jr. High (about mid 90's) it was around a buck a gallon. I want that. |

Yes, but your junior high days were not documented on C.com, so we have $1.99 gas from 2003 as the baseline. |

I remember being in the 9th grade in science class, and hearing the teacher complain about gas being $ 0.99 a gallon. This stuck out in my mind because one of the students, who was 14 at the time, joined the teacher in complaining. Apparently he had been driving and paying for his own gas for years. |
