| I'm looking to buy a turntable for some vinyls I bought. Im hoping to keep buying records so I'm looking to get an alright system, any recommendations? |

| I'd agree with Technics. The SL-D3 is a good one, too. I picked mine up at the swap meet for $10. |

| Stanton T52 is pretty good. Technics turntables start at about 500 bucks. That one is affordable and is pretty good IMO. Try to get a vintage Marantz receiver if possible. Those things literally last forever, and you'll never get power trips or anything like that. A lot of the new ones can't handle speakers with anything more than a 16 ohm impedance. |

| so i ended up inheriting a gemini turntable from a friend, im loving listening to the beatles' abbey road on vinyl. now i just need some really good speakers to go with it... |
