I suppose this good news for Imperial County, but where exactly was the monitoring station in Calexico located? The cemetery? There is no mention of Mexicali's smog problem: "Cleaner air in Imperial County is the result of federal, state and local actions, including stringent state and federal engine and fuel standards that reduce pollution from cars, trucks and other vehicles." Just by looking over the fence I see no signs of improvement in Mex and I know for a fact the border patrol isn't apprehending illegal smogulants floating over the US-Mexico border.

Were the results of the five monitoring stations across Imperial County averaged out?
