| The proposed retail center east of Heber put up "coming soon" banners along its perimeter. They may actually build it before the Gran Plaza is even started. |

Nah they are just trying to scare the calexico one out of building it... have you realized how small it is now compared to what they wanted to built originally... |

No. I never paid any attention to it. Is this the same one that is going to have a (Super) Target? |

Interesting. I hadn't seen those illustrations. It looks like it'll become a Little Dubai. One of the buildings even looks like a mosque. |
