that is funny that you mentioned Fajitas or Carne Asada i still call it Carne asada but i guess its a texas thing to call it Fajitas. another different thing here i remember in california harachera was the best for pit cooking over here they look at harachera as junk meat must have something to do with the metric system  |
Supply and demand, baby. Arrachera is full of layers of fat. There are few things we crave more than having it sliced nice and thin so the fat melts and sizzles into the meat. But carne asada is just that, whatever floats your boat! |
