I know a couple of people who own businesses in El Centro and they get pretty worked up about the fees they were asked to pay when they were starting up. Basically, no one likes paying for anything. If it wasn't business owners, it would be tax payers. Either way there would be complaints. Loud complaints. But hey, EC has good infrastructure and a well maintained park. Maybe it's not such a bad thing |
