Why would you ban people from a site and community they helped create? How fucking stupid. Apparently this guy doesn't like Elchrist. Maybe he should go to another site.
Is this is a big practical joke, it's pretty funny, though.

While it has been some time since I have posted here at Calecia.com, I think that this particular topic calls for me to do such a thing. First, let me say that since I joined this wonderful blog, I have never felt that I cannot say what I think or believe. Rather, I think that I have been able to do so and while people don't always agree with me and give me crap for saying a thing or two, it does not amount to me not being able to say what I want and feel I should.
Secondly, I would have to say that it if someone has another blog, it might be good to invite others (us in this case) to visit the site, but that should be it. If we are all happy here and love this site, then let us stay here. If someone is not happy, I think I am not the first one to say it, but don't let the door hit you on the way out....
I don't know if this entire thing is a joke with the "other" blog, but if it is, then I just made an ass out of myself, but hey, it's okay..... |

Most online forums and discussion boards have regulations on specific promotions of services/products and, of course, promoting another forum within a forum. Freedom of speech does not come close in this argument. It's ok to mention or even advertise another forum one or two times, but that should be about it.
Although I agree with Mr. elchrist, maybe he should have communicated this reprimand in private, and if need be, make it public as he did. |

Finally some sensibility.
After reading several threads I have concluded that this site has a great deal of intuitive and intelligent posters. It is unfortunate that the managment allows bullying and personal attacks.
This site might as well be called www.elchrist.com |
