U.S. Post Office drop box locations

Do any of the blue US Post Office drop boxes still exist in Calexico or even El Centro?

I need to drop off a pre-paid package that won't fit in my mailbox apartment complex and going to the post office is kinda out of the way for me.

Has the USPS removed them all?

I know they recently converted some to look like R2D2 in some cities, so they still exist. But can they be found in Calecia?

I ended up putting the package inside a standard mailbox and put the little red flag up. I don't feel comfortable doing this because some thief can easily cruise by and pull out the package.

The USPS really needs to streamline their process for customers. I understand they'll be raising their rates again soon on non-standard mail, so they could at least make it more convenient for us to send out stuff. The local post offices are a mess and a waste of time.

It would've been a good idea for them to have opened up a USPS Store at the mall or something.
