For a few years now, wonderfully gay shades of pink and purple have been stylish in men's clothing. But even so I was surprised tonight when I was walking through Macy's men's section and found every mannequin wearing pastel shirts and ties. This could be a bit of a problem since not all of us can pull this look off, myself included (not for lack of style, rather it's my excessive machoness that's the problem).

I find if you're a true man, truly macho in the way the sun is truly hot, than you can inflict your machismo onto those girly colors. With a flinty eye and a steeled jaw, you can make pink the new black. A Jedi mind fuck of sorts. Just work it, girlfriend ... I mean, bro.
