A couple hours ago I heard on the radio that the Chicago Fire will be playing Los Gladiadodores de San Luis Potosi (FMF Primera Division) in Mexicali on Tuesday, March, 11, 2008 presumably at El Nido. Chicago Fire will be bringing along Cuauhtemoc Blanco for the game.

Tickets will be $200 pesos and I believe they said they'll starting selling either this Monday or the following Monday.

More details to come...

To have the greatest soccer player that the world has ever seen in Mexicali is freaking fenomenal. FY all who don't think that! Anyways, yeah this should be pretty cool, sell out for sure. Tickets will be $200 and $400 pesos. This game will be held to conmemorate another anniversary of Mexicali. All the complete details will be given at a press conference on Monday, cause the organizers aren't sure what time the Chicago Fire will be arriving in Mex.

I dare you to tell him that to his face when he comes to Chicali.

He'll do a Cuauhtemilla with your ball sack.

Tickets are going fast for this thing. The USNT Sub-17 is supposed to play a third division team as well. Any up and comers for the US national team?

$200 and $350 pesos. General admission.

Of course, the damn game is going to be canceled tomorrow. Word is Chicago Fire is claiming the field at El Nido is not playable and it seems like it's going to be a long night for the grounds crew to try and make it "worthy" for them by tomorrow.

As of now, the game between Chicago Fire and San Luis Potosi is suspended.

Fucking Cuauh SAVES THE DAY!

I got a report from a very close source that Cuauhtemoc Blanco threatened to quit Chicago Fire if the team bitched out about playing because the field wasn't good enough for them.

Viva Cuauhtemoc! Viva el America! oops...

Thank you Cuauh. You are Mexico's best player ever. Mexicali and Calexico loves you!

Fy Hugo!
