Just heard from someone that the wind knocked KECY's transmitter twice on ... Black Mountain ... near Yuma.
Also like many people in the Imperial Valley, we quickly rallied and switched to a Mexicali station where the game was on live and with better reception. We then switched from beer to cerveza. |

This Superbowl was not the greatest. Actually, it was quite boring for the casual fan. Randy Moss had 1 catch going into the 4th quarter sums it up. If not, then the 10-7 score in the fourth will.
Today the media and people like to label everything being the greatest or worst of all-time. Everything must have a label. Games can’t just be games.
Though, this Superbowl did prove that the Patriots were not the greatest team of all-time because that title is reserved for teams that actually win the big game. These Patriots while great were a reflection of parody and a diluted league. Expansion has deeply affected the quality of play. |

I watched the Suberpowl at a bar in Mex, so I got to see absolutely zero American commercials. I'll have to check them out online later.
The Mexican commercials were AWESOME! |

| Yeah I dont know how Elchrist could say this was the greatest game, cause I thought it was freaking boring. I fell asleep part of the 3rd and 4th quarters. But again, all football games are pretty boring except for the last few minutes. Shitty how Fox went off the air for that long, good thing is that the game was on Televisa also on chanel 16 and they were on the air the whole time. Televisa was actually live, cause on Fox it was delayed 5 seconds. |

The MVP award should've gone to the Giants defensive line (or at least one of them). Eli played average and got lucky on that awesome catch by Tyree, while the Giants defensive front four put constant pressure on Brady completely overpowering the Patriots O-line. The pressure on Brady was the difference in this game. |

True. The sack on the final Patriots drive was awesome. |

| I think Eli won MVP on the strength of that incredible play where he broke free from a sure sack and that dude made a spectacular catch. And because it's an individual award and they couldn't give it to that D-line, which was the real key to winning the game. |

eli won it so that the media can more to write about
"the mannings back to back superbowls and mvp's"
i agree that the defense should've won the mvp. or tyrese, because he saved eli's pass, that shit was probably going to get intercepted.he also had a td. |
