I didn't get to watch this apparently instant classic Big Game because my wife was sick so I was stuck at home. On the plus side I got to watch Sense and Sensibilty again, and Marv Albert called a great game on 1230AM. Gayest day of my super macho life.

Instant classic post, RandR. As funny, if not more, than the will Ferrell Bud Light commercial. While I did get to see the SuperBowl it was somehwhat tempered by the fact that I had to watch ice skating live the day before. The only saving grace was I got to drink an overpriced beer at the Sports Arena to dull the senses a bit.

bm74, that beer kept you from stealing my "Gayest Weekend Ever" title. And thanks for the props!

Can't believe Eli has a ring and MVP honors. Oh well, I guess he deserves it.

Now think of what these back-to-back Manning Bros. Super Bowl wins will do for their DSRL.

Expect more Manning Bros. on TV, that's for sure.

My wife went all out and cooked a turkey for the superbowl. It was great, but after halftime, we all started to nod out. It took all my strength to get beer out of the fridge.

Like so many other people in the Valley, I was a private party where the beer was flowing, the food was cooking ... and lo and behold, KECY Fox 9 takes a shit right before kickoff. It stayed off for almost a whole quarter then took a shit again right before halftime. Couldn't believe it. I had to drink more beer to keep myself occupied.

Are you serious? The local Fox station went off air twice?

What's up with this incompetence? Didn't this happen a few years ago too?

Blackmountain is right. I lost about the first 10 minutes of the start, then I lost the halftime show. Missed out on Tom Petty and the heartbreakers!
