If that's the case, C.com should host an event and charge like 2 bucks a head, the IV Press vs. Calecia.com flag football game. They get to keep the door money, but if we win, we get to write an article in the newspaper detailing the humiliating defeat of their couch-jock mediocre sports critics. |
This is an AWESOME idea, but they will NEVER agree to this.
I'll even up the ante and give IV Press one of those annoying, althrough extremely effective, full page ads on Calecia.com for one entire month if Calecia.com loses the flag football game. |
Oh my goodness, that idea is even AWESOMER!! I love it! |
Since you're on their "payroll," how about encouraging them to take the C.com challenge? |

Yeah, you were right to put "payroll" in quotation marks. I'm not getting paid and have absolute zero pull with IV Press staffers. I guess you could say I telecommute because I've only met four of them in person, and they're all in the digital resources department. But I'll be happy to let them know in that blog's comments that C.com is looking to settle things once and for all. This is so good. |
