Where can I get a custom lucha libre mask made?

For years (on and off) I've been trying to get my hands on a custom lucha libre mask (mascara) with the Calecia.com colors and some creative design of my own. I'm sure there must be someone in Mexicali who makes them, but when I asked some of the vendors on that one isla of Mexican souvenir shops they all claimed they didn't know of anyone. I'm sure they thought I was looking to get into their business, but all I wanted was my very own custom Calecia.com lucha libre mask.

I ended up find one guy from the US online, but with just my general description of the mask he already was quoting me close to $100 USD. That's way too expensive as I'm sure a hard working, skilled lucha libre mask maker in Mexico would make me one for a small fraction of that price. I just need to find one.

Anyone know where I can get a custom lucha libra mask made?
