Chargers vs. Giants in Super Bowl XLII.

The whole 2004 NFL Draft Manning-Rivers trade fiasco comes full circle as the media hypes this game as the Manning-Rivers Bowl: "Who is really #1?"

That would be nice, assuming Rivers can even play. Does it even matter though? How in the hell do you pick against a team that outscored what is probably the most efficient offense in NFL history -- without its top three weapons (Rivers, LT and Gates)? How do you pick against a defense that is looking like the deepest and most atheletic in the league? How can you favor an old and increasingly exhausted Pats defense to stop a young, hungry, steamrolling Charger team? Like this:

The Patriots and Packers will meet in Glendale for the Super Bowl, but I like the Chargers and Giants to cover the point spreads.
