I have seen my last movie at this movie theater. While watching I am Legend, I endured the movie tri-fecta: a parent taking his 2 year old, a cell phone ringing and person answering the phone (I’m at the movies I’ll call you back), and the person who has to hear his voice by making obvious comments like “look there is no one around, but there are birds.” If that wasn’t enough, as the movie credits rolled someone couldn’t hold it in and flashed his red laser at the screen. Thanks.
Then today after watching National Treasure I had to use the facilities. To my surprise the restroom was full of dirt or mud.
My US dollars are going to San Pedro movie theaters. |

That's tame compared to the Calexico 10, trying to watch a movie there is like being a midget stuck in the middle of a wednesday pre-christmas push at las palmas swap meet. Its a mad house, kids running around screaming at the screen, nobody putting these little monkeys in check, people talking through out the whole movie, the movie blaring at about the decibel rate of a van halen concert, stale overpriced popcorn, not to mention all the other things talked about in the other post.
I'm done also, thank you pay per view, and dvr's. I may keep my sanity.

I gave up on Calexico 10 a while back and moved up to UltraStar thinking it was more civilized. While many people have criticized the chicalon as the worst patron, it is the Imperial Valley patron who lacks respect.
I guess it's time to get a 1080. |

| Verbal, other than the dirty restrooms, I don't see how the crap you complained about could possibly be exclusive to Ultra Star. I agree the San Pedro movie theater is roughly seven times better than any theater in the Valley on the strength of the superior snacks alone, but you know what problem it shares with Ultra Star? People. I suggest you watch your movies at home. Alone. |

Idiocracy is more and more becoming a reality.
Movie of the Year: ASS.
Movie theaters should implement a pause button so you can freeze the film to get up and b-slap the offender.
This is a problem everywhere and unless it becomes a real crime to interfere with movie viewing then it will remain an ongoing problem.
Movie snobs are the worst, IMO. |

Oh I'm sure. No indecent exposure charges when you are masturbating to your very own child porn. |
