|
|
As far as I know, it's been almost a decade since a baby was born in Calexico. Saturday morning at approximately 4 AM one was born at the downtown port of entry with the assistance of U.S. customs.
The mom was about 8-months pregnant and was carried into the building by two men. And yes, she is a U.S. citizen. Booyah!
Can this "border baby" be the savior for Calexico we've all been waiting for?
Border Baby, you're our only hope.
Baby is born at Calexico port

I hope he doesn't decide(when he gets older)that Calexico is not the way to go, and then takes off to Sand Diego! LOL
He is the Savior For Calexico!

| Hey, I think this is cool. If we could ever get a hospital back, we would have more natural born Calexicans. |

Are you quoting someone or were you really born on the East-West Divide? |

If this doesn't happen, then in a few generations we'll have The Last of the Calecianos.
A movie will then be based on this border baby. |

I'm actually quoting my own song that I wrote about Calexico...I was born in the Calexico Hospital....and I lived in la Garra for a long time...my mom's still there
...but I'm not claiming that side of town or anything like...I just said LA GARRA to simplify what I'm trying to say..
