The City is looking to hire themselves a real estate agent to sell off some not-so-hot properties Calexico owns. The real estate agent in mind? Well, non other than the one closest to City Hall, Linda Real Estate.
Louis Fuentes says it's for the best of the city so it can get the best deal for their properties. Calexico hasn't gotten any good deals on property lately (or maybe ever). Seems like an honest attempt at not getting ripped off, but why is it that other cities never do this?

A good idea to get a Realtor???
I think its a good idea for them to get someone to sell of the properties they have been holding off for ages. But hey, we all know that the city will just turn around and buy more odd and unwanted real estate.... |
