I've got this neighbor who every night gets together with his The Smiths cover band and makes a ruckus till the wee hours of the morning. I don't get it either... they've been "practicing" for about a year now and they still sound the same.
Fortunately, they've been getting quite a bit of out-of-town gigs so it's not an every night affair anymore. |

I used to have some loser neighbors that got drunk everyday till 4 in the morning. They would blast their crappy rap music.
Then I lived in a condo for a while and the neighbor from the top was really noisy, but she was hot so I forgive her. |

I used to have some neighbors that parked their swap meet van right in front of my house. It was all tagged up. Really ugly thing. Why in front of my house??? I asked them to move, but they were Asian and didn't speak English or Spanish.
Called the cops on them and it turned out trucks were not allowed in my neighborhood. They gave them a couple of tickets, then they moved away. Thank you cops. Everyone on the block was glad to see them go. |

Read about a "chester" possibly moving into the Victoria Homes area soon. They'd be living on Jefferson St. between Clinton Ave. and Buchanan Ave.
The city is holding a meeting today at 5 PM, but I don't remember the location details. |

One thing is certain, this city has great traffic enforcement cops. |

| Why put a chester in the an area close to a new school? That does not make any sence. Is there an update on this information? |
