Anyone here playing Guitar Hero 3 yet?

I saw it at the W last night and was about to pick it up for the Wii, but I'm still debating if I should wait till I gets me an Xbox 360.

The Wii version of GH3 has a guitar that vibrates and makes noise thanks to the Wiimote you connect to it, but the graphics aren't nearly as good as on the 360 or PS3. The song listings are the same on all game consoles, AFAIK.

If you have it, what platform do you play it on (Wii, Xbox 360, PS2, PS3)?

Get the XBOX dude, this console it freakin rocks! That way I'll play you and realneo online. I'm planning on getting the RockStar one. That way me, the wife, and the kid can make a pretty cool band and kick Losesmith's ass.

It'll be cheaper if I pick up GH3 for the Wii, since I already own a Wii.

Picked up GH3 for the Wii and it rocks.

I'm impressed with some of the songs in the game.

Dead Kennedy's Holiday in Cambodia? Did Jello sell-out or was this the work of the DK Kennedys?

I think the creators of GH3 must have done an awesome job at gathering a huge variety of songs for this game. I was just talking to a buddy who religiously follows Los Heroes del Silencio (I'll give half of you a chance to stop cursing .... More than any other band I have ever listened to people seem to either love or completely hate this band), and he tells me their trademark song, "Avalancha", is on GH3, according to a report he read online. That may not seem like anything special to most of us, but to the average American that's got to be something totally new.

I saw this video earlier today. It's Avalancha on GH3 in Expert mode. Quite impressive.

Spectacular. Thanks! I'm buying this one on PS3 for a friend. I think I'm getting it on my Wii too.
