Hey, y'all hear that there ain't no new basketball coach yet? Wonder what the powers that be are thinking. All the other high schools are a practicing. Poor Calecia. Whadda y'all think about this delay?

When Apodaca was assigned to be the AD he said the first thing he would do is get a new basketball coach.

Earlier in the year I had heard Mrs. Ramsey was going to coach varsity basketball. Does any one know what happened with that?

hey purplemamoth, why would apodaca wanna to get a new basketball coach? they got one now. he's the baseball coach, a real winner from what i hear Laughing

there might be a hoopster at clx high who can dunk but it ain't a basketball Laughing

i damn sure they win some games this year cuz it sure's hell gonna be tough

So the Boys went 1-1 yesterday in San Diego.
The word is that he can coach. That is excellent news since the Boys program was going no where with the past regime.

Coach Guzman,

It's going to be a long basketball and baseball season, so don't burn out yourself and your players. You're going to have to distinguish your coaching styles as they are two different sports. What might work for one sport may not work for the other, thus, be on top of that. Your players are already aware of that. Also, you should embrace the community and open your doors. Best of luck with the upcoming seasons.

Guzman ain't your coach who y'all think he is. there are complaints that he's demeaning to players, snake-in-the-grass, bleeding central blue kind of coach. all you calecianos, ponte trucha with one, but give it time and see if'n he can deliver, but we doubt it.

Well? There y'all are, another brilliant decision by your illustrious administration--GB, et. all...bulldogs--1 in 10, and the coach is coaching baseball on the weekends, players are unhappy, what a mess. Proof--Guzman can't chew gum and walk at the same time, much less think. I gotta go bail hay, later.
