In 2004, San Diego thought that it had gone through one of the worst moments of its history when the Cedar fires took many lives and homes. Yet, this October has not only served as a reminder of the fires, but they have come back and as the saying goes "bigger and better!!!" As the beautiful city of San Diego which many of us love and use as a place to escape from the I.V. burns, let us keep it in mind and pray that they might overcome this challenge. Hang in there San Diego, we are there with you!!!

Sounds pretty bad over the radio.

I was expecting to see a glowing outline of the western mountain range tonight considering all of SD is ablaze.

My sister, her husband, and their three month-old son decided to evac sooner rather than later. My brother-in-law says it's depressing. He told me SD is like a ghost town, and the, "It's like a war zone," phrase that Fox News used 8,000 times in one hour is pretty accurate.
