It first came to fame in the late 80s at De Anza Jr. High School. That's when I first witnessed it. There were a couple of students that mastered it and upon impact would resonate like a blast from a double-barreled shotgun. Soon every student was ChTMing each other without any defense until new technology dubbed the "C-curve" would lash its energy back to the ChTMer.
Teachers were baffled. Clueless. Students rocked on.
Who invented this?
I was in San Diego yesterday at a restaurant and saw a guy do it another. He couldn't be from Calecia. He didn't bear the traits of a Caleciano.
This can't be a Calexico-only thing, can it? |

For all those who claim you're from Culiacan, Sinaloa do they have/use the ChTM sign? |

I'm from Chicali, but I do wear a Sinaloa block cap, and from the stories I make up about being from Culiacan, I can tell you that, no, this is not commonly used there. Even though, I would recommend you doing this to someone from Culichi as they might break out a cuerno de chivo and do some perico off your forehead once they're done with you.
ChTM must have originated from Chicali or Calecia, but slowly migrated north with little success just like its people occasionally do right after high school. |

| I hadn't thought of that in a long time I remember all the caga palos in the 80's doing that in school. It seemed the more flako you were the louder the sound. I guess its the way man has evolved from banging on your chest like tarzan. What is next banging on your left huevo?? |
