i ran a google search for LLWS championship history and back in the 1985 MExicali, representing District 22 and US West, lost to Seoul, Korea, in the final.
Little bit of history there, hopefully Mexicali takes it all this year, now on the international side.
Mexicali beat Calecia that year at Emerson little league in back of Rockwood. |

Pato: What's the whole point of competing if they're only going to lose... again.
J/K.
Are all the families going to be able to make the LLWS this time around? Maybe there's someway we can help out? |

Looking good.
Props to them kids. Little league games are cool.
But seriously, some of these kids are on the juice. There was a pitcher over the weekend that was listed at 5'11" 237lbs. |

If you're talking about the pitcher from the Netherlands (coach's kid), he sucked. He got like 5 runs scored on him.
Did anyone see the 11-year-old Mexican kid who was 4'3" and 63 pounds? It was hilarious watching him get pitched by the 6-footer.
They should call him Chicalito. He actually already another nickname... something having to do with chile.
From another kid:
Favorite food: Beef tacos. |
