Did anyone notice when bumblebee was about to be bought the dealer offered a "VW" bug.......poking fun at the G-1 character.

I was sold on the opening credits when they had the original voice narrating. Movie was non-stop action, but a bit long. Well maybe it felt long because I was sitting in the front section. I was expecting the cube to start glowing...

Blockbuster.

I think you're referring to "energeon cubes" glowing that wasn't mentioned as a power source all the latest series of the transformers (beast wars, beast machines, etc...) The refer to their power source as "allspark" can someone clarify why they got away from the energeon cube concept? Confused

No wonder every time 'allspark' was mentioned in the movie it did nothing for me. I thought I lost the 'allspark' brain cell along with my lose of innocence.

Call me ol' school (nostalgic) but I like the glowing cubes better.

You can thank michael bay for shitting on movies, however you gotta hand it to him, it wasnt a flaming back of shit like pearl harbor. Probably because speilberg produced it, he probably had to slap him in the face a few times to at least keep some of the old stuff in the movie. Appearantly they re-did a few concepts so it would appeal to everyone, not just the hardcore fans. At least hotrod wasnt in this movie. haha Ben affleck would probably voice him too...i hate michael bay.
